The building is called Sahara Beach Club located at 18335 Collings Ave. Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160. It is a two story building and the unit is on the second floor. It used to be a hotel which was converted into individual units. It is an oceanfront location with secure parking. This studio unit sleeps up to 4 and has a kitchenette with range, refrigerator, microwave, counter, table, cable and 2 pull down Murphy beds. Excellent location, across the street from a large grocery store and just minutes to Aventura Mall, Bal Harbour and about a 15 minute drive to South Beach. The Sahara offers a huge swimming pool.

The beach is quiet, a private stretch of beach in an International destination and it's a building away from the Trump International.

It's really not a luxury place but the area is and the studio is not bad. The usual rent is about $100 per night more or less depending on the season.

I have the apartment pretty much empty the entire year exept for 12/2/09-12/8/09 and then from 1/5/10-4/15/10. Any other days other than those you are welcome to stay.

I need to relocate to Delray, Boynton or Boca due to a job transfer. I propose to swap my condo in East Hollywood, one mile from the Boardwalk and the Ocean, on a 5th floor of a small condo complex of only 28 units and very low maintenance expenses, with a clubhouse, a large swimming pool, private parking and guest parking, bike room storage, washer/dryer on every floor and a small extra storage room on the building's ground floor with a lock that only you keep.
The unit has a large balcony facing south, with a fantastic view to trees and downtown Hollywood (which is at walking distance, with all restaurants, clubs, etc.); a hall and living room about 30' long, a fully equipped kitchen, a large bedroom with walk in closet, two spacious bathrooms, plenty of closets, central air conditioning that was recently serviced. Footage within the unit is 880 sf. Building has an automatic elevator and two sets of stairs for safety.
Market value of my condo is around $ 70,000 in this lousy market (it was $ 120,000 a year ago, per tax assessment).
The condo association is very strict and does not accept pets or smoking in the building. They will interview you and all future residents before deciding if they accept you or not (they did it to me when I purchased the unit) and they charged me $ 100 for the interview, which I had to pay. You will have to pay too, if interviewed.
